Shipping Screens: We ship screens Australia wide on a daily basis. We use TNT sesitive express
for shipping our screens. This ensures your screen arrives in one piece!
There are no handling charges, shipping prices vary from state to state.

Conditions: You must supply us with a contact phone number in the event you will not be home
when the courier delivers your screen. We will put your contact phone number on the consignment
docket so the driver can contact you. If nobody is home to take delivery a card will be left at your 
door or in letterbox. You will then need to arrange to pickup the screen from the couriers depot.

If you believe there will be nobody home it is a good idea to have your screen delivered to your
work address.

Shipping other goods: Projectors and other associated AV will be shipped by registered couriers
only. We will only charge you what we are being charged for the transport.

Screens lead time: General lead time for screens is usually 2-5 days, custom home theatre screens 
3-10 days. 

Delivery time: Brisbane and Gold Coast orders will usually ship overnight with TNT. 
North Qld can take upto 5 working days.
Sydney is generally overnight, the rest of Country NSW can be up to 4 days.
Remote country areas can take up to 6 working days.

can follow it up for you.

Projectors Lead Time: General lead time for Projectors is also 2-5 days. We do not and will not 
generally hold stock of projectors. We will have demo models on show only. Unless you are picking
up your projector it will be shipped direct from the manufacturer and or distributor. This helps 
us keep our prices very competitive.

Payment Options: We accept credit cards through our main online store only. We do not accept
credit card in person. If picking up your projector or screen in person a deposit will need to be made 
prior and the balance in cash only on pickup. 

Custom screens will require a 50% deposit up front before manufacturing begins.

Warranty: All products such as projectors and associated AV gear carry their usual factory warranty of
12 months to 2 years. The range of fixed frame screens we offer carry longer warranties, 6 and 10
