CrystalMorphic 5E Cylindrical lens A WORLD FIRST 21st CENTURY Design and a step up in complexity from even the mighty ISCO3, which is a "traditional" 4-element, 2-group design (like all the other Home Cinema cylindricals).

This lens has been years in the making. Our desire to improve on what was already in the market place meant various challenges had to be met. Working with Australia’s finest anamorphic optical engineer and renowned lens guru - Tony Dummett, we have succeeded in producing what we believe to be the finest Anamorphic lens ever built for Home Cinema, period!

Without stringing this out with long and over detailed specs, we will just say the following: The more complex an anamorphic lens is and the more aberations corrected, the better the image will be. The end result is in the image this lens produces - A high contrast, high brightness, razor sharp, single pixel clarity image that will leave you speechless. This lens also works down to throw ratio's of 1.45, however 1.8 or greater are recommended.

AR Coating: Proprietary multi-coating designed specifically for wide gamut projector lamps (UHP, Xenon and LED) on all glass-air surfaces.

Optical Cement: Cement chosen to complement specific index of refraction differences between doublet elements to ensure best AR performance from internal (glass-glass) surfaces.

Internal mechanical surfaces: Super-matt anodized with micro-ridged inner barrel.

Lens Rims: All glass edges matte blackened

Optical Calibration standards: Calibrated to <0.02O of rotation (cumulative).
