RETURNS POLICY: Our returns policy is simple.

Electrical items such as projectors and DVD player arriving DOA will be replaced 
quickly and efficiently. You will be give a Return Authority number and once the 
product is returned to us we will dispatch your replacement item immediatley.
If any items are out of stock at the time, the lead time will be minimised as much
as possible. 

Screens: Motorised screens that turn up DOA or with faults will go through the same 
process as above. 

Fixed Frame Screens: In the event your fixed frame is damaged in transit it may be
returned to us for inspection using the above process, and will be inspected to verify
which part or parts need replacing. 

WE DO NOT accept returns for CHANGE OF MIND for SCREENS OR PROJECTORS.
Including delays for out of stock items.
Delays can occur when customers inquire about the stock level of certain items and then
then delay his or her order and stock runs out during that time. This is sometimes 
unavoidable, we will always do our best to prioritise any back orders. 

The time between placing an order and qualifying for a refund because an item 
is out of stock is 3 weeks from the date of the initial store order. 

So please understand and be sure to research your products before purchasing.
We cannot accept returns for fixed screens because once the fabric excess is cut after
it has been assembled it becomes un-useable. 

Orders and backorders. Once an order is placed on our system  it is processed and appropriate steps are put in place  to ensure a short lead time. However, in some instances products such as LCD and Plasma panels can be out stock. Your order will then placed on back order and may not be cancelled for any reason. If you are unsure about stock levels on certain items please email or call us to inquire. If the manufacturer is out of stock and we have located a distributor that has the product in stock, we can arrange for the product to be shipped to you, usually at the same freight price you have already paid. At times it will cost more and we will normally, under most circumstances absorb these extra freight costs. (conditions apply)

 

FREE FREIGHT ON ALL SCREEN ORDERS AUSTRALIA WIDE!

Shipping: We ship screens Australia wide on a daily basis. Shipping is 100% FREE. You will never
be billed for shipping. We have good rates with transport companies such as TNT and Star Track 
express. We have therefore decided to absorb these costs and pass the savings on to you.

Lead Time: General lead time for screens is usually 2-5 days, custom home theatre screens 3-10
days.

Warranty: All products such as projectors and associated AV gear carry their usual factory warranty 
of 12 months to 2 years. The range of fixed frame screens we offer carry longer warranties, 6 and 10
