PRODUCT SUPPORT:
Where possible we will give you as much product support as we can. At times we will ask you 
ring the relevant manufacturers for advanced technical questions relating to Projectors and DVD 
Players.

Remember we are screen manufacturers. At most times we will not even see your projector
when you buy from our online store. It will ship direct from our suppliers around Australia.

We will however give you 100% up front product support relating to your screen and the 
environment it is being used in. We will help you decide on the right screen format, size and 
fabric for your application. 

Lead Time: General lead time for screens is usually 2-5 days, custom home theatre screens 3-10
days.

Warranty: All products such as projectors and associated AV gear carry their usual factory warranty of
12 months to 2 years. The range of fixed frame screens we offer carry longer warranties, 6 and 10
