+1 Year Upgrade,  +2 Year Upgrade, and  5 Year Upgrade

Our warranty supplier takes control of the warranty at the end of the original manufacturers warranty. 

During the manufacturer period, the customer still goes through their normal warranty procedure.

I.e. If the manufacturer has a 1 year warranty, a +2 year will give the customer a total of 3 years.

The 1st year from the manufacturer, and the 2nd and 3rd years from our supplier. The 5 Year

Upgrade service also begins after the expiration of the standard warranty, however finished

5 years from the equipment's original date of purchase.

WARRANTY:

All items listed at our online store carry their usual warranty as per the manufacturer warranty.
This will vary from product to product. Most projectors have a 1 to 2 year warranty in place with
the option of extending this to 3, 4 or 5 years. We do not change or alter other manufacturers warranties
whatsoever. 

Some of our screens:
Aurora screens carry a 6 year warranty.
Majestic screens carry a 10 year warranty.
All Majestic screen fabrics carry a 4 year warranty.

Lead Time: General lead time for screens is usually 2-5 days, custom home theatre screens 3-10
days.

Warranty: All products such as projectors and associated AV gear carry their usual factory warranty of
12 months to 2 years. The range of fixed frame screens we offer carry longer warranties, 6 and 10
