This does not include time in transit. In most cases this will be shorter and please note that 10 days is our maximum lead time you will have to endure.

We are not a 'box mover', we offer professional advice in a relaxed 'no pressure' atmosphere, just like in your own cinema room.

GREY IMPORTS: We will not and cannot get involved in price bidding wars. If you choose to buy a projector from an online auction site please do not ask us to match or beat the prices of grey imported units. Grey import means NO WARRANTY. Buy only from reputable dealers such as Oz Theatre Screens for piece of mind and a genuine Australian warranty.

In doubt? Ask the manufacturer and quote the serial number. They will have a log of all Australian stock on their systems. Remember there are many questionable sellers out there who are more than happy to take your money and run. Don't believe anything you read regarding this. Many will mislead you just to make a sale. You would need to notice the subtle differences between Australian models and imported ones. Something that is difficult to do at best. Still in doubt? Feel free to call us and we'll point you in the right direction.

Projector manufacturers will NOT REPAIR any imported projectors in Australia. To get an imported projector serviced and repaired it must be returned to it's original purchase place, usually Hong Kong or Japan. This means a round trip of around $400-$500 if you have a warranty issue during the warranty period.

Be wary of voltage issues with imported projectors. Some projectors are marked 110 Volts and are not built for use in Australia. It may work in the short term but when something goes wrong your insurance company does not have to cover it because the mains voltage is not C Ticked for use in Australia. In a nutshell that's how it works.

We will then look over this information and quote you on the ideal screen size, format and fabric type. We will also send you samples of our projection fabrics free of charge. Our competitors won't send you anything!
